Job Description :

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. The Service Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our Secondary Packaging & Coding / Marketing equipment. The successful candidate will provide technical support, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance to keep our systems running at peak performance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repairs on Secondary Packaging & Coding / Marketing equipment.
• Diagnose technical issues and develop effective solutions.
• Collaborate with the technical support team to address customer inquiries and resolve service requests.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and routine inspections to prevent downtime.
• Document service activities, including maintenance reports and customer interactions.
• Train customers and end-users on equipment operation and maintenance.
• Stay current with industry trends and product developments.
• Adhere to company safety protocols and guidelines.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrument or equivalent work experience / fresher.
• Proven experience as a Service Engineer or similar role.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid : driver's license, certifications, etc.
